A little Photoshop fun

I LOVE this photo I took of Alex. It just looks really serene for some reason. I have been "practicing" with my photoshop lately, and FINALLY figured out how to remove all but certain parts of the color pictures. Am I smart or what. Anyone with Adobe Photoshop that wants to know how, give me a buzz.
